Xylan 8840 organic solvent based, food contact acceptable, non stick coating for mould release in both the engineering and food industries.
This is based on the fluropolymer FEP, and has a very high order of non- stick properties. It is used widely in many demanding nonstick application from sweet and chocolate moulds, cake trays, to tyre moulds, textile drying rollers, heat sealing blades and even to solve the notoriously sticky problems of releasing blown polyurethane foams.
